Refund policy

We accept order cancellations prior to  shipping out the order. 

If you wish to cancel an order prior to it being shipped please contact us at info@apheafashion.com

We will provide a full refund and the shipping cost if applicable. 

Defective Products. 

We will provide a return label for the damaged or defective item. You can choose to receive a full refund or we will be able to replace the item once we have received the original order. 

Return of Defective Products - When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

Returns can be done within 30 days of receiving the item.

Steps for Returns and Refunds

1. Provide us the order number and the email associated with the original purchasing orders. Email to info@apheafashion.com

2. Once we receive the information we will provide you a return label for the purchase. Return shipping will be covered for domestic shipping. Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive the item and send you out the replacement or provide you a refund. 

3. If you wish to have a refund for the item we will provide a full refund once we receive the item. Allow up to 2 weeks to process the refund. International shipping will be subtracted from the refund price. 

4. Refunds will be processed using the same form of payment as the original payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to process on the account. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Allow up to 2 weeks once we receive the item. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
